It’s not too late to experience these superb artists live in Queenscliff.

Friday and Saturday

Aine Tyrrell will sing her songs on Friday night, and then generously share her story “Dream a new Dream” on Saturday morning.

Aine’s story moves from domestic violence to “being myself again after so many years of being lost”. We are so delighted she is part of this year’s festival.

Sunday

We are delighted to announce that Muzafar Ali, whose story is featured in the documentary The Staging Post, will join the Refugee Panel on Sunday. Muzafar worked as a photographer and interpreter with the UN in Afghanistan before escaping to Indonesia with his extended family. He is studying to be a social worker in Adelaide.

The Staging Post follows two Afghan Hazara refugees, Muzafar and Khadim. Stuck in Indonesia after Australia ‘stopped the boats’ and facing many years in limbo, they built a community and started the school which inspired a refugee education revolution. A real-life, real-time, multi-platform documentary.
