End of Year Giving

Make more music with Community Music Victoria

There’s something about making music and singing with others that’s like nothing else. It’s that sense of inclusivity, empowerment and creativity that you feel somewhere unidentifiable deep inside your belly. But more than that, it’s simply about the joy of sharing.

And across Victoria, from Morwell to Melton, Shepparton to Sunshine, Community Music Victoria’s tiny team, backed by a massive band of dedicated volunteers and passionate advocates, are working, singing, strumming, strategizing and imagining more ways to bring more music to more of our communities.

At this time of year, like many other non-profit organisations, we’re asking those closest to us to join with us, to make a donation, small or large, that will help to bring music making and singing to more people in communities across Victoria.

Your gift could be the difference that helps someone pluck a uke, bang a marimba, squeeze an accordion or really hear their own voice for the very first time.

Every gift over $2 is fully tax-deductible. Read on to see just some of the projects you’ll help to make happen. Whatever you can give now, be it $5 or $500, will bring the joy and that funny-belly feeling to more people across Victoria than ever before.

Thank You.

Bridget Roberts, Chair of the CMVic Board

Donations to Community Music Victoria can also directly support CMVic’s ongoing projects and music making initiatives as described below. If you have any questions on how your donation will support music making, please don’t hesitate to contact our Fundraising Coordinator, John Howard: j.
