1000 Flowers for the Planet
3 March @ 2:30 pm - 1 April @ 6:00 pm
‘1000 Flowers for the Planet’ is an art installation by textile artist, Margaret A Rowe. For 1000 days, Margaret has created one crocheted flower each day with an idea for how you can improve this world in which we live. From simple and easily achievable daily changes to more expansive and philosophical shifts, Margaret demonstrates and challenges us to think differently with her delightful hand crafted floral motifs. Want to know how you can help save the planet? Come and see this show at UBU Gallery from March 3 to April 1. Our opening event is at 2:30pm on Saturday 3 March 2018. We hope you can join us.
