21 February @ 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm

Ken Linnett has meticulously researched the achievements and rollercoaster career of one of our finest racehorses. It is a history that takes readers on a journey from the golden era of radio to the wondrous new world of television and reveals a strong cast of human characters including several colourful Australians. Ranging from master trainer T J Smith to the owners he quarrelled with and champion jockeys George Moore and Neville Sellwood to the dynamic vet, Percy Sykes, who helped bring Tulloch back from the dead. This tale is full of drama and interesting characters. This is an event for racing fans and social historians alike.
