The Geelong Heritage Centre Collection Advisory Committee provides advice and recommendations to the Geelong Regional Library Board in relation to the Heritage Centre collection. We are now seeking applications from individuals who are interested in joining the committee as community representatives.

The Geelong Heritage Centre Collection Advisory Committee is seeking applications for individuals who are interested in joining the committee as community representatives.

The Geelong Heritage Centre Collection Advisory Committee provides advice and recommendations to the Geelong Regional Library Board in relation to the Heritage Centre collection.

Who is the opportunity for?

We are seeking people who live, work or study within the City of Greater Geelong, Golden Plains Shire, Surf Coast Shire or Borough of Queenscliffe and have a good understanding of the role of the Geelong Heritage Centre and its collection as well as a strong interest in the history and heritage of the area.

Who is eligible and what is required?

Appointments are for two years and committee members are expected to attend committee meetings of which there will be a minimum of four per year. The full terms of reference are available available at www.grlc.vic.gov.au/news
