What is on offer?

The City of Greater Geelong may be able to help you.

The Creative Communities Grants Program has Community Arts (Quick Response) Grants of up to $1,500 for not-for-profit organisations to support ‘urgent’ arts projects whose timelines prevent the applicant group from applying within the major Community Arts Grants program in July each year.

E.g. Creation of an arts activity to support an environmental disaster relief effort / A touring exhibition of cultural significance to Geelong residents unexpectedly becomes available.

*Community/Arts groups without not-for-profit status may be auspiced to be eligible – contact us for details if required.

  2. It is a requirement for all applicants to discuss their application with our Arts and Culture department before beginning any application process.
  3. After discussing your project and eligibility with us, a link to the Online form will be sent directly to you.

Important: To be considered, applications need to be submitted by Monday 1 May 2018.

Not-for-Profit organisations/groups* based within the Greater Geelong municipality may apply - subject to the criteria - A legitimate reason must be provided as to why the application could not occur during the July intake, and why funding is necessary at short notice. Study the Guidelines for detail.
