COVID-19 Arts and Culture Grants

In response to the current COVID-19 pandemic, the City of Greater Geelong has increased the community grants pool by $400,000 to $4.33 million. Included in the increased grants pool is a new Arts Industry Commission Program, a recommendation from the recent Geelong COVID-19 Arts Recovery (G-CAR) Panel and is in addition to the Creative Communities Grants.

The City of Greater Geelong values its artists and creatives, and the conditions required for creativity to flourish. The grants are a recognition of how these have been significantly compromised as a result of COVID-19.

To help you through the process, recent Grant Information Sessions were recorded and is available to view on the City of Greater Geelong website.

In addition there is a free Grant Writing Workshop Thursday 3 September. Register your interest now.

For more details on the AIC program, register for the free webinar information session, 6pm Monday 14 September.
