My background is in early childhood education, yoga therapy, and support work. Learning experientially through these I have come to place nurturing supportive relationships at the centre of everything I do and create. Working with specific individual needs in a therapeutic context teaches me to celebrate each unique being and this informs my visual art and dance practice. I allow myself to follow what I feel as inquisitor with the curiosity of a child. I alternate expressive movement with art making and writing, letting these creative forms feed and inform one another. This provides spiritual nourishment and support which enables me to better know myself and feel at one with the living environment.
