“When I moved to the coast from inner city Melbourne, the impact on my paintings was immediate. I went from strongly figurative human images to Landscape. the subjects dense, my relations to the land whimsical, with strange marine and bird life beginning to emerge. I work in a manner which allows forms and figures to present themselves, without prior planning or predictability.. but I spend many hours shaping both the details and the whole”
Sisca is currently represented by Robert Avitabile at Metropolis Gallery Ryrie Street Geelong and has a studio in Apollo Bay
