Sarah Clark
Sarah’s inspirations come from cycling down the Great Ocean Road and adventure travels, basing the abstract images on the colours and raw beauty of Mother Nature in all its forms. Sarah’s artworks are unique and non replicable. Some works use complementary colour schemes, making bold, bright statements and others use analogous colour schemes which allow a serene design to mesmerise the viewer. Self-taught Sarah, feeds her heart and soul through her artworks, which are continually evolving into series of works, her latest one being ‘Birds of Paradise’. She explores and develops her creative talents in her tranquil studio, overlooking a seaside vege garden and the ever changing sea.

Sarah started her art studio to fulfil her ‘creative bent’ and feed her soul, after decades of working as an Occupational Health Consultant. She creates abstract artworks, which are bright and shiny using her favoured mediums of inks and resins.

She gets her inspiration from the images that flash by as she rides her bike down the Great Ocean Road. Sarah has developed her artworks into six distinct Series, although each piece of art is completely unique and non replicable. The series of works include: Summer Seeds, Inception, extreme seasons, Cosmos, Surreal Encounters and The Serpent.

Sarah has had solo exhibitions, in addition to her most recent collaborative exhibition in 2018 at “Storie”, South Melbourne. She invites and enjoys creating artworks in specific colour palettes, Series and sizes as commissioned by clients.

Sarah’s artworks are currently sold at a variety of galleries in Melbourne and regional Victoria, as detailed in her website:
