Calling all Geelong residents !

You are invited to take part in a survey by Deakin University’s researchers about design and manufacturing in Geelong, and give your feedback on their ideas for an immersive digital experience (e.g. virtual reality, augmented reality, 3D printing) about Geelong’s history of invention. Deakin University would also like to understand how important this heritage is to you.

The survey is open to participants aged 18 and over within City of Greater Geelong home postcodes. Participants who complete the survey and provide their contact details are eligible for entry in the prize draw (Coles voucher for $200 AUD).

Your participation is voluntary. This survey is anonymous, and should only take 15 minutes to complete. You will need to read the Plain Language Statement (PLS) on the next page before participating in the investigation. Submitting a completed survey is an indication of your consent to participate in the study.

This research project is aligned with the recent designation of Geelong as a UNESCO City of Design and the 30-year community-led clever and creative vision for Greater Geelong.

The content in the survey and interview have been approved and shaped by the City of Greater GeelongGeelong GalleryGeelong Library and Heritage Centre – Geelong Regional Libraries, and the National Wool Museum.
