Invitation to Apply – Geelong Covid-19 ARTS RECOVERY Panel
Posted 23 April 2020
GEELONG COVID-19 ARTS RECOVERY (G-CAR) ADVISORY PANEL
THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUBMISSIONS.
THIS OPPORTUNITY IS NOW CLOSED.
Individual artists and arts sector representatives are invited to register their interest to participate as members of a new temporary arts advisory committee for the City of Greater Geelong : the COVID-19 Arts Recovery Advisory Panel (G-CAR).
The City of Greater Geelong understands that its residents and community are suffering as a result of coronavirus; amongst them artists and creative organisations working broadly in the arts, cultural, entertainment and heritage sectors.
In response, the City is establishing a way to hear directly from the creative sector, to understand how the pandemic is affecting professional arts practice. This will help the City respond with new insights and programs designed to support the healing, strengthening and future evolution of our creative communities.
