Director Production Operations
The Director Production Operations is a new senior role accountable for delivering seamless, exceptional customer service and safe, sustainable events and services. Leading the Centre’s front line teams this role ensures that visitor experience, presenter services and technical support meet the highest standards.

To be successful you will:
- Be an experienced Production Manager at a senior level with a deep understanding of technical and production requirements in a performing arts setting.
- Have proven ability to lead, manage, motivate and develop staff.
- Have demonstrated skills and experience in managing risk, OHS and compliance in a production and service delivery environment.
- Have the ability to build and maintain a culture of exceptional service, continuous review, evaluation and improvement.
