Music Victoria Hosts Grant Sessions for Victorian Music Industry Recovery Program
In partnership with Creative Victoria, VMDO, Art Access and Songlines, Music Victoria are presenting grant sessions for the diverse applicant streams, in response to the Victorian Music Industry Recovery Program. This program offers grants to Victorian-based contemporary music industry artists, workers, businesses and organisations who have been impacted by COVID-19, and will help the industry respond to the changing market and restricted environment.
The program is offering grants to the following applicant streams:
Stream 1: Victorian First Peoples applicants only
Stream 2: Victorian Deaf and Disabled applicants only
Stream 3: Development of new work
Stream 4: Training and professional/business development
Music Victoria are delivering specialised workshops for First Peoples and Deaf and Disabled applicants. If you missed the first session, make sure you register for one of the sessions below.
Tuesday 6 October, 2pm

Victorian Music Industry Recovery Program Grants Session
with Music Victoria, Arts Access and Creative Victoria
This session will feature speakers from the Creative Victoria grants team, Arts Access and Wild At Heart to provide a detailed overview of this grants stream along with advice on the application process. You’ll also hear from Victorian artist Eliza Hull, who will share her personal insights and experience as a disabled artist.
This session will be interpreted by Auslan Stage Left. Attendees to please submit their access requirements to info@musicvictoria.com.au by Monday 5 October.
