Curious Mechanics: Makers program
Geelong Performing Arts Centre is seeking expressions of interest from “daring and ambitious” performance makers to participate in an exciting new program.

What is on offer?

Two artists will be selected to receive $10,000 of in-kind support to help them develop their idea, culminating in a performance in the Drama Theatre.  Supported by Deakin University, the program offers artists a suite of benefits including access to the arts centre’s spaces for rehearsals and performances, production advice and mentoring, marketing assistance, use of equipment, access to front of house staff and ticketing services as well as opening night event catering.

The centre is looking for exciting new project ideas from any performing arts fields and projects will be selected with an adventurous audience in mind.
