Queenscliff Music Festival is postponed until 2021

The Queenscliff Music Festival was coming up to it’s 24th iteration. This week the Festival announced the difficult decision to not proceed this November and will be postponing until November 26-28, 2021.

The festival has an abundance of supporters, regular attendees, Q-Crew, sponsors, community members, artists, crew and many more whom this decision will impact. The team expressed that the decision was not made lightly and was held out for as long as possible, in the hope that improvements on the pandemic would increase. However with the recent spike in Victoria this made it clear that it was no longer possible.

Queenscliff Music Festival expressed the distinct impacts in the decision to postpone the event as the health and safety of all festival attendees, staff, artists, crew, volunteers and the community is a top priority. The unknown level or restrictions come November will cause much more uncertainty and the risks involved could impact the overall Festival experience that attendees come for.

All 2020 Ticket Holders will be contacted via email regarding the Transfer & Refund process. QMF 2020 Tickets will automatically transfer and become valid for QMF 2021 unless you wish to receive a refund.

We strongly encourage those of you who can, to transfer your ticket/s to QMF 2021. It’s a huge help, and also guarantees you won’t pay more for a ticket next year. They wont be offering tickets at a price cheaper than you’ve already purchased them for.

Coming back next year bigger and better. QMF want to reassure you that they’re not going anywhere! QMF is here to stay.
