The Blues Train Music Venue Calling On Your Support

Many cultural institutions, events and festival based venues and businesses, have been hit hard. Now more than ever businesses need your support as the second wave arrives and restrictions come back into place.

Australia’s longest running blues music venue is one of the many businesses that need your help to stay alive and running.

The small injections of funds from state government is not enough to keep the train alive. June saw the train hopeful as they prepared for October trains, staff to be rostered and artists to be booked but that has all changed dramatically over the last week as the second wave has swept through Victoria.

The Blues Train has shown commitment and dedication to ensure that they continue to operate and when given the Green Light, be ready to hit the tracks again, bigger and better than ever. For this to continue they are still in need of monetary support, making sure they can see through to the remainder of 2020.

Calling on support of locals and fans of the Blues Train to assist with funds to fire up The Blues Train and to keep their loyal staff on board. Estimating at least $70,000 to make this a reality.

Help the train to continue to foster the next generation of Blues musicians.

Give, so our legendary Blues musicians continue to hone their craft.

Give, so our volunteer-run Bellarine heritage railway can continue to pull the legend that is The Blues Train.

“From the bottom of our collective hearts, we thank you for supporting The Blues Train and our live music industry.”
